Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist (Google & Amazon)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, targeting, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
- Manage Google Merchant Centre listings, ensuring product data accuracy and feed compliance
- Set up, run, and continuously improve our Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, including product listings, backend keywords, and A+ content
- Implement Amazon SEO strategies to drive visibility and conversion
- Monitor campaign analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Assist with supporting digital marketing tasks such as content upload, keyword planning, and basic graphic asset coordination
- Troubleshoot issues across both platforms and coordinate resolutions as needed
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, best practices, and compliance standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, SEO principles, and campaign optimisation
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bonus Skills
- Graphic design basics (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfilment workflows
