Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist (Google & Amazon)



Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, targeting, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
  • Manage Google Merchant Centre listings, ensuring product data accuracy and feed compliance
  • Set up, run, and continuously improve our Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, including product listings, backend keywords, and A+ content
  • Implement Amazon SEO strategies to drive visibility and conversion
  • Monitor campaign analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
  • Assist with supporting digital marketing tasks such as content upload, keyword planning, and basic graphic asset coordination
  • Troubleshoot issues across both platforms and coordinate resolutions as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest platform changes, best practices, and compliance standards

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, SEO principles, and campaign optimisation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bonus Skills

  • Graphic design basics (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfilment workflows
