Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter with experience in Australian construction standards to join our team. This role requires expertise in architectural drafting, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn shop drawing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update architectural drawings for residential projects in accordance with Australian standards and codes
- Prepare simple suspended slab details, including:
- Stairs
- Shelf lintels
- Overhangs
- Dovetailing ceilings
- Flooring systems, when required
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of drawings based on project requirements and design intent
- Revise drawings based on internal reviews and client feedback
- Proficient in Archicad
- Basic understanding of Australian planning codes and standards is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy
- Ability to follow design guidelines and technical specifications
- Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an architectural firm, preferably with an Australian background.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Mandaluyong.
