Recently, our Support Services Administrators and Scheduling/Engineering Team had the opportunity to take part in hands-on training delivered directly by key leaders from Five Group. Aimee Mazzaferri (Production Manager, NSW & QLD) and David Mays (General Manager, NSW & QLD) visited our Pampanga office to lead a week-long training program focused on streamlining our end-to-end processes.
The sessions covered everything from soil and engineering job bookings to address verification and mastering our internal systems. More than just training, this initiative strengthened our cross-office collaboration and aligned our teams on consistent workflows and service delivery standards.
Learning directly from senior leadership ensured our team was equipped with the tools, processes, and confidence to deliver high-quality support across all regions. It was a valuable experience for everyone involved—and a great step forward in our ongoing commitment to growth and excellence.
