Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Architectural Drafter (Revit) to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in architecture or graphics technology, who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update architectural drawings for residential projects in accordance with Australian standards and codes
- Produce detailed plans, layouts, sections, and construction documents
- Develop and detail eave details, brickwork details, ceiling height changes, roof construction, and simple slab steps
- Prepare simple suspended slab details, including stairs, shelf lintels, overhangs, dovetailing ceilings, and flooring systems, when required
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings based on project requirements and design intent
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Architecture or BS Industrial Technology major in Graphics Technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Australian residential projects, preferably East Coast standards
- Proficient in Revit
- Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy
- Ability to follow design guidelines and technical specifications
- Willing to work onsite – Ortigas Office
