Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler Engineer with a strong Western Australian (AU) background. This role requires expertise in project planning, cost estimation, and construction monitoring to ensure the successful completion of framed/cladding construction and brick veneer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess project requirements, review feasibility, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Calculate and estimate material quantities, labor costs, and project timeframes.
- Negotiate labor contracts and create detailed work schedules.
- Monitor subcontractor activities, ensure compliance with safety practices, and oversee construction progress.
- Manage material requirements and track changes that may affect costs.
- Prepare and process labor and supplier accounts for payment.
- Write detailed cost and progress reports for client updates.
Requirements
- Western Australian (AU) background is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Databuild software.
- Strong knowledge of framed/cladding construction and brick veneer projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to start immediately (ASAP).
