Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Drafter to join our team in Pampanga. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Western Australia-based projects and demonstrate advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation using ArchiCAD
- Interpret and apply Western Australia building codes and standards
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
- Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably with Western Australia projects
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD is required
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and regulations is highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
