At Resource X Global, we know that the construction industry faces unique challenges when it comes to mental health and well-being. That’s why we were proud to host a MATES in Construction General Awareness Training (GAT) session at our Perth office, ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to support themselves and their colleagues.
MATES in Construction is doing incredible work to raise awareness, break down stigma, and provide life-saving support to workers in our industry. This training helps our team recognise the signs, start conversations, and connect those in need with the right help.
