Resource X Global (RXG) recently held an unforgettable team building retreat on the beautiful island of Boracay, bringing together employees from our Davao, Ormoc, Pampanga, and Ortigas offices for a truly memorable occasion.
What made this event especially significant was that it marked the first time all four RXG office locations came together in one place. While our teams collaborate every day, many employees had never met face to face. The retreat provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, build new connections, and create lasting memories beyond the workplace.
Building Connections Beyond Distance
Over three exciting days, team members participated in a variety of activities and challenges designed to strengthen communication, trust, and collaboration. Laughter filled the air as colleagues shared stories, enjoyed friendly competition, and connected with teammates from across the business.
Despite coming from different offices and departments, everyone approached the activities with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Each challenge highlighted the value of working together toward a common goal and reinforced the strong culture that exists across RXG.
Teamwork in Action
One of the highlights of the retreat was the team competition, where participants showcased their creativity, problem solving abilities, and teamwork.
After a series of exciting challenges, the Yellow Team emerged as the overall champion. Their success demonstrated how strong communication, collaboration, and a shared strategy can deliver great results. While every team displayed impressive commitment and team spirit throughout the event, the Yellow Team consistently executed their plans with confidence and focus.
A Night of Recognition and Celebration
The celebrations continued during Awards Night, where the winners of the team building competition were officially recognised for their outstanding performance.
The evening also provided an opportunity to acknowledge the dedication and loyalty of our people. Employees celebrating five years with RXG were presented with tokens of appreciation in recognition of their valuable contributions and ongoing commitment to the growth and success of the business.
Ending on a High Note
No team building event would be complete without an after party, and for many employees, it was one of the most memorable moments of the retreat. Colleagues came together to celebrate, dance, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company well into the evening.
The after party reflected what the entire event was about: strengthening relationships, creating shared experiences, and building connections that will continue long after the trip ended.

RXG Team Building 2026 was more than just a company retreat. It was a celebration of teamwork, unity, and the people who make our organisation stronger every day.
As employees returned to their respective offices in Davao, Ormoc, Pampanga, and Ortigas, they took home not only wonderful memories, but also stronger relationships and an even greater sense of belonging within the RXG family.
